At the heart of the main living space, a feature fireplace offers a cosy place to relax with sofa seating to one side and the dining area and kitchen to the other. This room opens onto a wide balcony with magnificent views over the valley. Here, you can sit out under the snow-capped timbers and watch the stars dance across the evening sky. Or head inside to the cosy lounge areas, including a well-stocked bar and wine cellar, or the wood-clad games room with a second bar area, football table and selection of vinyl records to play.

The village of Lech, known for its mix of glitz & glamour and down-to-earthness, lies high in the mountains, between 1,450 and 2,450 m above sea level. Lech Zürs is part of the Alberg, Austria’s largest contiguous ski area. With 350 km of downhill slopes and 27 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, including the Flexen Pass, you can be sure of great skiing throughout the season. Other winter activities available in the area include heliskiing and off-piste skiing with local guides, as well as Snowpark Lech, the Monazabon ice rink and the toboggan run at the Bergbahn Oberlech cable car.
