My experience in top management shaped me: efficiency, discretion, vision. But at some point, that was no longer enough. I didn't just want to organize, I wanted to shape quality of life. In 2008, I founded the first German-speaking concierge agency on Mallorca - with the aim of giving people more than just perfect service: freedom, peace and quiet, time.
