The answer is simple: because I only broker houses that I can stand behind one hundred percent.
And because I am convinced that a suitable villa is more important than a large selection.

Many of my customers are not looking for a classic vacation villa, but a private villa in Mallorca with a concierge who not only mediates, but thinks ahead and accompanies.

Not if time is valuable. And not if there is a reason behind it.
What I do differently.
I don't work with algorithms. I work with conversations.
An example: A couple was looking for „something special“ for their wedding day. By asking them specifically, I knew immediately that they needed the Villa Horizonte del Mar in Port d'Andratx. Infinity pool for your morning laps and the perfect west orientation for your beloved sunsets.
If they had searched themselves, they would have invested days. With me, it was one conversation and a precision landing.
Personal service means thinking ahead.
Many combine concierge service with restaurant reservations or transfers. That is part of it. But it's not the core.
The core is thinking along.
If you land late, I make sure the fridge is stocked or recommend restaurants nearby that still have late cooking in case no one wants to cook.
If the desire for a boat arises during the stay, I will not send a link.
I ask with whom, for how long and with what claim.
And then decide which boat fits.
I am not an interface, but the person who knows exactly what fits, because I have been working in exactly the same way since 2008.
