bm concierge reliably, discreetly and professionally takes care of tasks for busy private or business clients. In most cases, these are things that you don't have the time, know-how, desire or network to do yourself. In short, bm concierge simplifies your life with individual ideas and solutions and gives you back some of your valuable time.

In general, all those whose day has too few hours, who need help with individual projects, who are overwhelmed or who want to make their lives easier. Are there any services that bm concierge does not provide?
We have never had this case in all these years. We have never had to turn down a request. We are happy to take care of your everyday or unusual tasks and projects as long as they are ethically, morally and legally feasible.
Which cities/countries do you cover?
We are mainly active on Mallorca and in Düsseldorf (and the surrounding area). This is home, this is where we feel at home. Over the years, we have built up a broad, national and international network of great experts with whom we have been working successfully for years. Some of our services are therefore also available worldwide. Feel free to contact us. It costs nothing to ask, we will find a solution for everything.
How do I book the individual services?
Give us a call, send us an e-mail or simply fill out the contact form. We would also be happy to sit down with you to discuss how you can benefit from our services. This is also the best opportunity to get to know us personally and enables us to respond even more specifically to your needs and wishes. And then we can get started right away, provided of course that the chemistry between us is right.
No matter what the errand, placement or task/project, no request is too small, large or unusual.
How does this work in practice?
You will receive an offer from us as soon as possible following your request. Once you have approved the quote, we will immediately start planning and organizing the event. The agency founder and owner, Bettina Müller, is personally available to you at all times and is always your first and only point of contact, from start to finish. All the threads come together with her and she will keep you informed about every step of your project so that you are always up to date.
By the way: Membership is not required. You can use all services as much or as little as you like and flexibly adapt them to your private and business needs.
When can you be reached?
You are always welcome! bm concierge is available around the clock, 24/7/365. Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00. Ideally, you should send us your request at least 24 hours in advance. Services/work outside our regular business hours as well as urgent requests/same day executions, weekends or public holidays will be charged with a surcharge.
How do you charge for your exclusive services?
No two orders are the same. Every customer is individual. That's why prices vary depending on the project and the duration of our collaboration. We generally charge you for our services on an hourly basis. This is fair and transparent. You always know exactly where you stand. Depending on the project, however, there are also package/flat-rate prices. Third-party costs for the purchase of products or goods must be paid in advance. Services and expenses from third-party providers are charged separately and paid for directly by the customer.

Companies use our exclusive additional services to build, maintain and sustainably strengthen an even closer relationship with their VIP customers and best executives. I already have a personal assistant. Why should I also book a concierge service?
Good question. Your right-hand man is certainly a tough personality, but he/she also only has two arms and limited capacities. He/she is usually so busy with daily business that there is little time left for special tasks. Our mission is to support and improve him/her in his/her role, as a kind of extended arm. We have had very good experience with this model.
What was your best or craziest assignment?
In the 13 years that we have been around, we have made so many customers happy. Every job is unique and I have fond memories of many exciting, beautiful and extraordinary moments. Of course, emotions always play a big role as soon as people are involved. Here is a small selection that I would like to share with you:
We are often commissioned to deliver valuable documents. So far so good. However, a lady from South Africa had commissioned me to deliver the divorce papers to her unsuspecting husband and get him to sign them. The assignment was unusual enough, but the meeting place was even more so. The plan was to find him in the marina in Palma de Mallorca, as he was traveling around the world and had to arrive there on his sailing yacht at a certain time. It was quite a challenge, I only had his name, how would he react? I'll never forget his puzzled face. He actually signed and I was able to send the eagerly awaited documents back to South Africa. Mission accomplished.
The marriage proposals we organize and stage in a cinematic way are always very emotional. Unsuspecting brides-to-be are whisked away to the most romantic places in Mallorca or Düsseldorf to ask the question of all questions. Great cinema!
And a visit to a hospital was really touching, where we surprised the godchild of a customer who lived far away with a huge gift. The little boy was so excited and was beaming with joy. He will certainly never forget that moment.
