Of dreams and visions: How it all began

It all started with the move to Mallorca. After several years as a self-employed office and project manager in Düsseldorf, I was in the mood for something completely new, new people, new surroundings, new challenges. I quickly realized that the biggest challenge was to know WHERE to get WHAT, in a serious, professional and above all reliable manner.

After a few abdominal landings and missteps, my business idea developed precisely from this, namely to offer all my experience, my know-how, my network and my talents and values to discerning private and business clients on Mallorca and in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area.

This initial idea has grown into something that is a natural part of my daily work. A service based on trust. Clear communication, short distances, real proximity to the customer. And a network that works exactly when you need it. This is how Mallorca's first exclusive concierge service was created in 2008 - something that did not previously exist on the island.

My aim was to be a "woman for all occasions", a kind of personal assistant, saving my customers a lot of time, money and nerves. And this is still my philosophy today. The idea hit like a bomb, which was then reflected in numerous imitators and free riders. However, you have to be born to be a concierge & lifestyle manager. You have to love and live your profession with heart and soul, around the clock.

No annoying waiting in a telephone loop, no putting you off. No stalling or automated announcements.
