Fully restored between 2018 and 2019, this holiday home consists of two interconnected houses. In the single-story house, there is the loft-like living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a study that can also be used as a bedroom with a bathroom. The huge panoramic window in the living area brings a lot of light inside and can be completely slid open so that the interior and exterior space merge.
The two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, are each on one level of the two-story outbuilding, which has its origins in the 15th century.
Inviting seating areas under shady pergolas, an outdoor kitchen and an infinity water pool invite you to live outdoors in the spacious outdoor area. Just above the house is a pool that can be shared with the four neighboring houses.

The lively art cities of Siena and Florence are within easy reach by car. Or simply explore the region by bike or on a guided wine tour.
