However, a face-to-face conversation is more important. That's because during such a conversation, I ask questions that don't appear in any search form.
Wer reist mit? Wer kennt sich schon, wer lernt sich erst kennen? Soll es einen Abend geben, an dem alle an einem Tisch sitzen, oder braucht die Gruppe auch Räume, in die man sich zurückziehen oder arbeiten kann? Wie viel Privatsphäre ist wichtig? Und was soll von dieser Reise bleiben?

Not every villa is right for every group.
The house emerges from the answers.
A large group that can be together yet still give each other space feels right at home on a finca, just like Sa Galana Probably near S’Horta. It can accommodate up to 16 guests, has a spacious garden, and a covered dining area where everyone can gather.
On the other hand, those who want to spend most of their evenings by the sea will find in the Villa Celimar A completely different atmosphere. High above the cliffs of Cala Llamp, a heated infinity pool and a view stretching to the horizon. The sun sets behind Sa Dragonera.
The two houses couldn't be more different. Both could be right. The key is which one suits the people and the trip.

The villa is just the beginning.
Most of the time, the request takes shape as the conversation progresses. A trip from the villa or finca turns into a transfer from the airport, and a night out together turns into a Private chef on the terrace. Plus, there are excursions and a day on the water with Yacht or Catamaran.
What's included in the villa rental varies from property to property. At Villa Celimar, for example, a private chef is included; at other properties, you'll need to book one separately.
Anything beyond that are additional services that you book and pay for separately. I'll show you what's available, and you decide which options are right for your trip.
Why I did it the other way around.
I didn't start with mansions—I started with people.
